Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin farklı değişkenler açısından iş doyumu düzeylerini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada, betimsel nitelikli tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2010-2011 öğretim yılında Kayseri ilinde milli eğitim müdürlüğüne bağlı okullarda görev yapan toplam 212 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “Kişisel Bilgiler Formu” ve Minnesota Doyum Anketi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler üzerinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve ANOVA gibi farklı çıkarımsal analizler yapılmıştır (p<0.05). Elde edilen sonuçlar çalışmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin iş doyumu puanlarının cinsiyet, medeni durum, çocuk durumu, okul türü, eğitim düzeyi, hizmet süresi ve yaş değişkenine göre farklılık göstermediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of this research was to investigate job satisfaction level according to different variables among physical education teachers. In the research, quantitative survey method was used. The total of 212 participants were enrolled in the study. The study was carries out in Kayseri, in 2010-2011 academic years. Research data was gathered by using\'\' Personal Information\'\' and the ‘\'Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaires\'\'. Inferential and descriptive analyses, including means, standard deviation t-test, and ANOVA, were utilized to analyze the data obtained from this study. The results obtained showed that job satisfaction of the participants was not significant according to their gender, marital status, child status, school type, education level, length of service and age.
