Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the impact of transformative learning theory practices on the attitudes of high school students of 5th grade towards the environment. In the study, control group pre-test-first test half-experimental pattern was used. The research study group formed 34 students who were studying in the 5th grade of a state school located in the central district of the Egean region in the 2017-2018 educational year. 18 students in the experimental group are processed on the basis of the theory of transformative learning, while 16 students in the control group are conducted on the basis of the curriculum of the course of science.
