Abstract:

The new approach to public administration has since the 1980s to the present day become the most popular approach in the field of public administration and has become a label. But in recent years, this approach has been very seriously criticized and it is also claimed that the U.N.I. has been “dead” and therefore a new approach called Post-New Public Administration (Post-New Public Administration) has been born. As a result, it seems that Post-YKI is a target rather than a target, remaining at the intersection of many alternative approaches to the YKI, with the aim of producing solutions to existing problems. Therefore, from being a theory of the Post-YKI, which is still living in its early periods, it responds to a sample box model that can be included in the theory discussions in the public administration of Zida. However, with the increased theoretical and empirical studies to be done in the advanced periods, it can be suggested that the Post-YKI could become a theory. But today’s appearance is in a useful approach or model appearance that helps in making public decisions and presenting proposals for reforms.
