Abstract:

Education is a lifelong process. This process shows continuous progress with the development of technology. Along with the continuous development of technology, the teaching techniques, materials and applications used in education also appear to show simultaneous development with technology. One of these developments is Augmented Reality Technology. Augmented Reality is the reality environment where digital environment products are used instead of real-world objects. The study of increased reality in education shows that the weight is more focused on the field of science. The aim of this study is to study the research towards augmented reality in the field of science education and to identify potential vaccines and shortcomings in these research. The method of study is the examination of the document. For this purpose, an evaluation category was placed. According to this section, 30 different augmented reality content academic studies have been studied. The data obtained from this section was submitted to visual analysis. As a result of the study, significant shortcomings were detected in studies on augmented reality in the evaluation stages. There are also some key issues identified in terms of the creation of content and the compatibility of the work.
