İLKÖĞRETİM OKULLARINDA GÖREV YAPAN YÖNETİCİ VE ÖĞRETMENLERİN İLKÖĞRETİM MÜFETTİŞLERİNE İLİŞKİN TUTUMLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract:

Arastırmanın amacı, ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan yönetici ve ögretmenlerin, ilkögretim müfettislerinin, rehberlik, teftis ve olumlu duygular gelistirmelerine iliskin tutumlarını belirlemeye çalısmaktır. Arastırmanın evrenini, 2008–2009 egitim-ögretim yılında İstanbul İli Bagcılar İlçesinde bulunan 54 ilkögretim okulunda görevli 3440 yönetici n=268 ve ögretmen n=3172 olusturmaktadır. Çalısmanın örneklemini ise, evrenden “oransız elaman örnekleme” yöntemi ile seçilen 505 yönetici n=109 ve ögretmen n=396 olusturmaktadır Arastırma nicel bir arastırma olup, veriler Sümbül ve İnandı 2005 tarafından gelistirilen 20 maddelik ölçekle toplanmıstır. Ölçekle elde edilen veriler, yüzde, frekans, ortalama, standart sapma, t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi anova ile çözümlenmistir. Yönetici ve ögretmenlerin, ilkögretim müfettislerinin rehberlik, teftis ve olumlu duygular gelistirmelerine iliskin genel tutumları “kararsızım” biçiminde olmustur. Yönetici ve ögretmen tutumlarında, yas, ödül ve hizmet içi egitim degiskenine göre anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmustur. Konum, cinsiyet, kıdem ve egitim durumuna göre ise, anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıstır. Ölçegin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.92 dir.

Abstract:

Aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of administrators and teachers who work in primary schools towards counseling and supervision and positive feelings development of supervisors. The population of the study consists of 3440 administrators n=268 and teachers n=3172 in 54 primary schools in Bağcılar between 2008-2009 academic year. The sample includes 550 administrators n=109 and teachers n=396 chosen randomly by using “disproportionate subject sampling”. The data of this quantitative study were collected with a 20-item-scale developed by Sümbül and İnandı 2005 . . The data obtained after having been applied to the administrators and teachers was analysed with percentage, means, frequence, standard deviation, t-test and single-sided variance anova . The general attitudes of administrators and teachers towards counseling and supervision and positive feelings development of supervisors has been found as “I am not sure”. Meaningful differences were found between teachers’ and administrators’ attitudes in age, award and in-service training variables. No meaningful differences were found for gender, tenure and position variables. Cronbach Alfa internal integrity of the scale was found to be 0.92
