Abstract:

Under the existing market conditions, decision makers for have multiple purposes and many limits. These limitations and purposes do not also include certainty due to real conditions. It is possible for decision makers to more efficient results by using methods that match real conditions. The foolish target programming, which is a multi-purpose decision-making model, is one of the most suitable methods to solve this situation. The aim of the work in this direction is to provide a forecast to the production plan by using the foolish target programming technique of an enterprise that produces CNC. The first assessment for business data was made with linear programming and the result was that 4 different CNC manufacturers did not produce any product from the first product. This result does not meet the real market demands that the company is targeting. For this reason, in addition to the business data, the objectives established by authorities have been re-evaluated under limits on 4 different scenarios. The solution that has the highest λ value of these subproblems created is considered the most suitable solution in the foolish target programming problem. According to this, in the enterprise that makes 4 different CNC production, = 18, = 36, = 4, = 2 pieces of production, the profit that the enterprise can obtain annually is 15484800 TL. This has achieved both the business’s profit target and the production target. The results obtained by untouched target programming have produced realistic results by combining the demand that exists in the current market.
