Bu çalışmanın amacı, Singapur ve Türkiye’ye ait 7. sınıf matematik ders kitapla-rının geometri ve ölçme öğrenme alanında yer alan soruların PISA matematik yeterlik ölçeğine göre karşılaştırmalı analizlerini yapmaktır. Araştırmada dokü-man analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to make comparative analysis of the questions in the field of geometry and measurement learning of the 7th-class mathematics course of Singapore and Turkey according to the PISA mathematical qualification scale. In the study, the method of tissue-man analysis was used. According to the easy sampling method in this scope, the book of the "Ekoyay" publishing that the teacher used in the lessons and the books of the "Marshall Caven-dish Education" publishing provided from Singapore in a project framework were preferred. In the framework of the study, a total of 222 questions from the Turkish curriculum and a total of 480 questions from the Singapore curriculum were evaluated, and the questions were independently coded separately by two researchers. The high compatibility provided in coding processes indicates that the work is reliable. According to the study, in the course of mathematics in Turkey, there are no questions at the level 2, there are no questions at the level 5 and 6, but in the book used in Singapore, there are no questions at the level 3, there are also questions at the level 5 and 6. With this ned-den, it can be said that the questions in the Singapore 7th class curriculum contain more higher-level qualifications compared to Turkey.
