Abstract:

In 1930, the second multi-party transition of the Republic's history took place. Despite the establishment of the Free Republic Frontier in a guided way, it has achieved a significant success in a short time, encountered the intense interest of the crowds. This is a result that the Republican People's Party organizations did not expect. The ruling party administration has decided to remove the shock created by the Free Republic Frontier in the Tahrir organizations, send delegations that will be composed of their members in order to check the situation in the post-Free Frontier provinces. 26 members were appointed for 46 years. The committees served at the end of 1930 in the beginning of 1931. The delegations assigned to the Republican People's Frontier Tahrir Organization have sent reports to the Party's General Secretariat, including observation and work. The reports showed that there are significant problems in the organization and the functioning of the Republic's People's Frontier. It is also stated that the people and even members of the party have not yet adopted the principles and the regime. There are also many suggestions for strengthening the party’s organization. These proposals have been greatly effective in the creation of the new legislation and in the change in the party’s leadership.
