So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, Gramşiyan bürokrasinin yönetim disiplinindeki yeri ve ona katkısını incelemek amacıyla bürokrasi kavramının onun fikir sistematiği içindeki yeri, düşünüre ait temel kavramlar bağlamında anlatılıp irdelenecektir. Bürokrasi kavramının güncel değer ve anlamı ile Marksist düşünürün düşünce yapısının temel dinamikleri olan sivil toplum ve hegemonya kavramları ve devlet ile ilişkilendirilmeden düşünürün bürokrasi kurumuna atfettiği fonksiyon ele alınamayacak ve anlaşılamayacak bir sorunsal olduğundan bahsi geçen temel kavramlar dolayımı ile konu irdelenmektedir
