İşyerlerinin çalışma sistemi, düzeni ve verimliliğini etkileyebilen bir olgu olarak mobbing okullarda da önemli sorunlara kaynaklık etmektedir. Okullar hem bir iş yeri olarak hem de önemli bir toplumsal yapıyı oluşturan merkezlerdir. Bu nedenle okullarda yaşanan mobbing olayları, tüm paydaşlar için ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel yönlerden dezavantajlar oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma, okullardaki mobbing sorununun incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi ile son 5 yılda konuya ilişkin yayımlanan 17 adet makale belirlenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan doküman incelemesi sonucunda, son 5 yılda okullarda mobbinge yönelik yapılan çalışmaların genel olarak yetersiz olduğu, yıllara göre dağılımının eşit olduğu, araştırma yöntemi olarak nicel çalışmaların ağırlıkta olduğu, araştırmaların daha çok öğretmen görüşlerine göre yapılandırıldığı, ağırlıklı olarak mobbinge yönelik genel algının incelendiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca ele alınan konular arasında okul müdürlerinin ve velilerin öğretmenlere uyguladığı mobbing, mobbing ile cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, yaş, performans gibi çeşitli değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin araştırıldığı, mobbing ile başa çıkma yöntemleri ile ilgili çalışmaların azınlıkta olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonraki çalışmalara yönelik araştırmacılara öneriler verilmiştir.
As a phenomenon that can affect their workplace’s work system, order and efficiency, molestation also causes significant problems in schools. Schools are both a place of work and the centers that make up an important social structure. Therefore, the incidents of harassment in schools are a disadvantage for all stakeholders in economic, social and cultural aspects. This study was conducted in order to investigate the problem of molestation in schools. According to this purpose, 17 articles published on the subject have been identified and evaluated from the quality research methods and document review in the last 5 years. According to the document review, in the last 5 years, the studies on abuse in schools are generally insufficient, their distribution is equal according to the years, the quantitative studies are in weight as the research method, the research is more structured according to the teachers’ opinions, the general perception of abuse is mainly studied. The topics also discussed that school directors and guardians applied to teachers the relationship between the various variables such as harassment, harassment and gender, educational level, age, performance, and the studies on the methods of dealing with harassment were determined in the minority. Recommendations were given to researchers for subsequent studies.

For this purpose, 17 articles published on the subject in the last 5 years were evaluated by document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the document review, it has been determined that the studies on mobbing in schools in the last 5 years are generally insufficient, the distribution is equal according to years, quantitative studies are dominant as a research method, the researches are mostly structured according to the opinions of teachers, and the general perception of mobbing is mainly examined. In addition, among the topics discussed, it was determined that the mobbing applied by school principals and parents to teachers, the relationship between mobbing and various variables such as gender, education level, age, performance were investigated, and studies on methods of coping with mobbing were found to be in the minority. Suggestions were given to the researchers for future studies.
