Çalışma, Çanakkale ilinde 2016-2017 yıllarında Domates güvesi, Tuta absoluta’nın popülasyon değişimini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, Merkez ilçe Batakovası’nda bulunan üretici parsellerindeki açık alan domates bitkilerinde yürütülmüş olup, zararlının popülasyon değişiminin belirlenmesi amacıyla delta tipi feromon tuzaklar kullanılmıştır. E3, Z8, Z11-Tetradecatrienil içeren feromon tuzakları domates dikiminden önce Mart ayı başında parsellere asılmış ve domates bitkilerinin fenolojik gelişme dönemleri, çalışma boyunca kayıt edilmiştir. Zararlının erkekleri, ilk defa 2016 yılında 15 Mart tarihinde ve 2017 yılında ise 20 Mart tarihinde tuzaklarda yakalanmıştır. Çalışma boyunca, tuzaklarda yakalanan T. absoluta erginlerinin sayısı, Temmuz, Ağustos, Eylül ve Ekim aylarında yaklaşık 4 ay boyunca yüksek seviyelerde bulunmuş ve bu zararlının yaklaşık 9 ay doğada aktif olduğu belirlenmiştir. Domates bitkisinin gelişme dönemlerine göre, fide ve çiçeklenme öncesi tuzaklarda yakalanan ergin sayısı az, meyve ve hasat döneminde ise yüksek olarak saptanmıştır. Hasat bitmesine rağmen tarlaların sürülmemesi sonucu tarlada kalan ürünlerden dolayı hala tuzaklarda erginlerin yakalandığı ve zararlının doğada bulunduğu saptanmıştır. Açık alan domates yetiştiriciliğinde T. absoluta’nın yıl içerisinde domates üretim mevsimi boyunca 5 olmak üzere toplam 6 döl verdiği tespit edilmiştir.
The study was carried out in the province of Çanakkale in the years 2016-2017 with the aim of determining the population change of Tuta absoluta, Domates. The research was carried out in the open-air tomato plants in the producer parcels located in the Central District of Batakova, and feromon hostages of the delta type were used to determine the variation of population of the damage. The feromon hole containing E3, Z8, Z11-Tetradecatrienil was hanged on the parsels in early March before tomato planting and the phenological development periods of tomato plants were recorded throughout the study. The men were first caught in the trap on March 15, 2016 and on March 20, 2017. During the work, T was caught in the hole. The number of absolute adults was at high levels for about 4 months in July, August, September and October, and this harm was determined to be active in nature for about 9 months. According to the periods of development of the tomato plant, the number of adults captured in the fide and pre-flower puzzles is small, while in the period of fruit and harvest is high. Although the harvest was finished, the fields were not thrown because of the products left in the field, it was still found that adults were captured in the trap and the damage was found in nature. In the open field tomato farming, T. absoluta has been found to produce a total of 6 potatoes during the tomato production season, including 5 in the year.
The study was conducted with the purpose of determining the population fluctuation of tomato leafminer, Tuta absoluta in Çanakkale Province in 2016-2017. The study was conducted on open field tomato in Batakovası of Central District and Delta pheromone traps were used to determine the fluctuation. Pheromone traps with E3, Z8, Z11-Tetradecatrienil were placed in plots in March, before tomato seedlings were planted, and the phenological development stages of plants were recorded throughout the study. The males of the pest were captured in the traps on 15ᵗʰ of March in 2016 and on 20ᵗʰ of March in 2017. Throughout the study, the number of T. absoluta adults was high through July, August, September and October for 4 months and the pest was present in nature for 9 months. With tomato plant development stages considered, the number of the adults caught in traps was low in seedling and pre-flowering stages, but was determined as higher in harvest season. Because the fields were not plowed after harvest season, there were adults in traps and the pest was present in nature. In open field tomato production, T. absoluta has a total of 6 generations in a year, with 5 generations in tomato production period.
