Abstract:

Bu programlara örnek olarak "The Door, New Hampshire Prenatal Program, Alberta Perinatal Health Program, Alaska Perinatal Health Program, MOREOB, Perinatal Loss Program, Perinatal Oral Health Program, Perinatal Palliative Care Program, Homeless Perinatal Program, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program, Antenatal Education Class" programları bulunmaktadır.

Today, in the field of perinatology, especially in births, there are many unnecessary interventions that cause women to be unhappy with the health care they receive. The optimal approach in the field of perinatology focuses on providing a care that avoids individual and routine obstetric interventions focused on women while healthy women do not need complex technology.  Therefore, the basic way to ensure optimal health care is the transfer of evidence-based data to the application. In terms of the optimality of perinatal health services in the world, there are programs or perinatal programs carried out by hospitals within the health systems of the countries. These programs are designed according to the needs of women. For example, these programs include: The Door, New Hampshire Prenatal Program, Alberta Perinatal Health Program, Alaska Perinatal Health Program, MOREOB, Perinatal Loss Program, Perinatal Oral Health Program, Perinatal Palliative Care Program, Homeless Perinatal Program, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program, Antenatal Education Class. Nowadays, the presence of many unnecessary interventions, especially during birth, leads great and widespread dissatisfaction among women, regarding healthcare services. The optimal approach in the area of perinatology focuses on the woman-centric, individual care avoiding usual obstetric interventions as much as possible which arises from the fact that healthy women do not need complex technology. That's why the main way of providing optimity in healthcare is transferring evidence-based data in practice. Regarding the use of optimality in perinatal healthcare services in the world, there are perinatal programs driven in the healthcare systems of the countries and/or programs driven by the hospitals. These programs are formed with respect to the needs of women. Among the examples of this kind of programs there are The Door, New Hampshire Prenatal Program, Alberta Perinatal Health Program, Alaska Perinatal Health Program, MOREOB, Perinatal Loss Program, Perinatal Oral Health Program, Perinatal Palliative Care Program, Homeless Perinatal Program, Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program, Antenatal Education Class Program.
