Özet:

Purpose: The 45-year-old female patient who has lost the right top lateral tooth for periodontal reasons with congenital lateral tooth deficiency, the 19-year-old male and female 2 patients with orthodontic treatment are intended to provide aesthetic rehabilitation performed with fixed implant proteases. Tools and Methods: 45 and 19 years old female patients with upper right side deficiency after implanting the measurements were obtained and instantly charged with the folded composite curons. After a 4-month healing process, permanent measurements were obtained with the Hind's technique and therapies were carried out with titanium-based zirconium hybrid abutment and zirconium-based porselen curons. In the 19-year-old male patient with congenital lateral deficiency, the immediate charge was not carried out and the aesthetic rehabilitation was completed with zirkonium-based porselen curons applied after a 3-month healing process. The result: thanks to Immediate implantation and temporary restoration use; 3 patients with dental deficiency in the front area obtained the appropriate output profile and natural soft tissue aesthetics was provided. There were no complications in our male patient’s 1 year and female patient’s 3 months checkings. Keywords: soft tissue aesthetics, hybrid abutment, implant, immediate load, temporary crown SOFT TISSUE ESTHETICS ON IMPLANT-SUPPORTED PROSTHESIS IN ANTERIOR REGION: 3 CASE REPORTS ABSTRACT Objective: To report cases of a 45-year-old female patient with loss of right maxillary lateral incisor due to periodontal disease and 19-year-old male and female patients with congenitally missing maxillary lateral, carried out with implant-supported prosthesis after the orthodontic treatment. Material and Methods: After implant applications of female patients with missing maxillary lateral, the impressions were taken and screw-retined composite crowns were loaded immediately. After 4 months of healing period, permanent impressions were taken with Hind's technique and the treatment was carried out with titanium-based zirconium hybrid abutment and zirconium crowns. Immediate loading could not be applied to 19 year-old male patient with congenitally missing lateral incisors, so the aesthetic rehabilitation was carried out with zirconium crowns after 3 months of healing period. Conclusion: Due to the immediate implantation and the use of the provisional restorations; natural soft tissue esthetics were obtained by the appropriate emergence profile. In 1 year follow-up of male patients and 3 months follow-up of female patients, no complications were observed.
