Purpose: Intensive care is to study the quality of the work life of nurses and their ethical sensitivities and the factors that affect them. Instrument and Method: The research planned to identify was conducted with 138 nurses. The research data was obtained using the "Individual Information Form", the "Mass of Quality of Work Life for Health Professionals" (SPCYKÖ) and the "Ethical Sensitivity Survey" (ADA). Results: Nurses (n=138), 82.6% were women and 63.8% were graduates. The Nurses’ SPCY and ADA score average was 170.54±15.13; 93.46±23.10. When the correlations of these two scales were assessed; SPCYKÖ and ADA found a negative and statistically meaningful relationship in all sub-dimensions except the sub-dimensions of benefit (p<.05). Nurses were determined that their working environment quality of life (p=.034) and overall approach (p=.004) and their orientations (p=.049) increased significantly with age. The study found a statistically meaningful relationship between all the subdimensions (autonomy, integrated approach, conflict, application, orientation) except that the work environment of nurses is at a medium level of quality of life and ethical sensitivity, the work quality of life scale and the ethical sensitivity survey.
