So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

There were three different ways for the concept of ‘Tore’ which had great value, to be discussed in the ancient Middle-Eastern Turkish Society: in the rules legislated by Kagans, the rules legislated by the Assembly and the rules which took form slowly in the public life that, that were called “Yosun Law.” The rules which appeared in these ways had to be equitable and all people in the society – including Kagans – had to obey them
