Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticilerinin kapsayıcı liderlik davranışlarını ölçmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu alanda literatür taraması yapılarak 50 maddelik bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Beşli likert tipinde oluşturulan ölçeğin, geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliğini sağlamaya yönelik alan uzmanı ve öğretmen görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırmada yapılan analizler, SPSS 21 ve AMOS 22 paket programları ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada iki ayrı çalışma grubunda veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın ilk basamağı Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) ile yapılmıştır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizinin çalışma grubu olarak Siirt ili merkez resmi okullarında görev yapmakta olan 349 okulöncesi ve sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi sonucunda 25 madde ve üç faktörden (erişebilirlik, farklılara saygı, adil muamele) ortaya konmuştur. İkinci basamakta doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ile de desteklenmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizinde kullanılan diğer çalışma grubu ise Siirt ili merkezinde bulunan ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapmakta olan 374 branş öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi de açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarını doğrulamıştır. Ölçeğin açıkladığı toplam varyans oranı %82,702 olarak saptanmıştır. Ölçekte yer alan maddelerin faktör yük değerleri .617 ile .815 arasında yer almıştır. Ölçekten elde edilen geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizi sonuçları, okul yöneticilerinin kapsayıcı liderlik davranışlarını belirlemede kullanılabilir nitelikte olduğunu göstermektedir.
The aim of this research is to develop a valid and reliable scale to measure the comprehensive leadership behavior of school managers. In this area, a literary scan of 50 materials has been created. The scale, validity and reliability studies of the five-like type of liquid were performed. Experts and teachers have been given the opinion to ensure the scope of the scope. The analysis was done with SPSS 21 and AMOS 22 package programs. In the study, data was collected in two separate study groups. The first stage of the study was done with the Opening Factor Analysis (AFA). As the work group of the Opening Factor Analysis, Siirt is composed of 349 pre-school and class teachers who work in the central official schools. The results of the Opening Factor Analysis showed 25 items and three factors (accessibility, respect for differences, fair treatment). It is also supported by verifying factor analysis (DFA) in the second stage. The other work group used in the verifying factor analysis is the 374 branch teachers who are working in high school and high school in Siirt. The verifying factor analysis also confirmed the results of the verifying factor analysis. The total variance ratio revealed by the scale was 82,702%. The factor load values of the substances in the scale are ranged between .617 and .815. Scale validity and reliability analysis results show that school managers are available in determining comprehensive leadership behaviors.
