6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunun getirmiş olduğu düzenlemeler arasında en köklü değişikliklerin yapıldığı alanlardan biri de denetimdir. 6762 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunda denetçiler anonim şirketin organlarından biriydi. 6102 Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile organ niteliğine son verilmiş ve anonim şirketlerin denetimi bağımsız şekilde yapılacağı düzenlenmiştir. Çalışmamızda ilk önce genel olarak denetim değerlendirilmiştir. Daha sonra denetçi kavramı ve denetçi olabilmek için gereken şartlar incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızın devamında ise denetçinin atanması, denetçi sözleşmesi, denetçinin görevi bırakması ve görevden alınması durumları incelenmiştir.
Among the provisions introduced by the Turkish Trade Act No. 6102, one of the areas where the most radical changes were made is the audit. In the Turkish Trade Act No. 6762, the auditors were one of the bodies of an anonymous company. 6102 The Turkish Trade Act has ended its body and the inspection of anonymous companies will be carried out independently. First of all, we’ve been reviewed in general. Then the concept of auditor and the conditions required to be an auditor was studied. In the continuation of our work, the appointment of the auditor, the contract of the auditor, the circumstances of the auditor's resignation and withdrawal from office have been examined.
