So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of estimated fetal weight before cesarean section to cesarean incision lenght. Material Method: This prospective study has been carried out between 2014 and 2016 in a private hospital. 238 pregnant women who had cesarean between 38th and 40th gestational weeks have been included in this study. All of the  gestational ages were calculated after last mestual date and confirmed at first trimester via ultrasonography. Patients were randomized in tho groups. First group evaluated with abdominal ultrasonography before cesarean, and estimated fetal weight calculated. Other group didn’t get estimated fetal weight calculated. In our study, we compared cesarean incision lenghts, preoperative and postoperative heamogram differences, visual analog scale (VAS) scores, mobilization times and hospitalization times between groups. Findings: We found statistically significant (p<0.001) difference between incision lenght. It was longer in second group. VAS scores were statistically significantly (p<0.001) higher in second group.  There were no statistically significant difference at preoperative and postoperative heamogram differences,  mobilization times and hospitalization times between groups. Conclusion: Cesarean incisions are shorter if preoperative estimated fetal weight is calculated. Additionally cosmetic patient satisfaction is increased and postoperative pain is lowered.
