Abstract:

The question of this research is "How do teachers perceive the causes of impotence?" It creates the question. In addition, the study aims to find out whether the causes of teachers' inactivity differ significantly in terms of gender, civic status, age, the degree of teaching they do and their family's monthly income. For this purpose, the research has used a causal comparison of research models from quantum research methods. In the study, in the 2017-2018 educational year, a working group was created with the easy-to-access sample method among the teachers who work in the Burdur province center. According to the analyses, the causes of teachers' inactivity do not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, civil status, age, education and the family's monthly income level. In addition, the level of perception of the teachers about the causes of impotence is in the internal dimension, in the external dimension and throughout the scale.
