Modern Arap edebiyatının önemli şahsiyetlerinden gazeteci, edebiyatçı ve kısa öykü yazarı Zekeriya Tâmir, Türkiye’de de bazı öyküleri vesilesiyle tanınan Suriyeli yazarlardan biridir. Büyük bir kısmı Türkçe, İngilizce, Almanca, Fransızca, Rusça, İtalyanca, Bulgarca, İspanyolca ve Sırpçaya aktarılmış ve bazıları ile ilgili de akademik çalışmalar yapılmış birçok öykü koleksiyonu bulunmaktadır. Bunların büyük bir çoğunluğu yetişkinlere yöneliktir. Ancak yetişkinlere yönelik olanlar kadar tanınmasa da çocuklara yönelik de önemli üç öykü koleksiyonu bulunmaktadır. Bunlar “Limâzâ sekete’n-nehr”, “Kâleti’l-verde li’s-sunûnû” ve “Nasâih Muhmele” dir. Bu çalışmada Tâmir’in genel olarak hayatı, eserleri ve edebi kişiliğine yer verildikten sonra çocuklara yönelik isimleri zikredilen üç öykü koleksiyonu ele alınacaktır. Bu öykülerin incelenmesi vesilesi ile de Suriye’de çocuklara aşılanmaya çalışılan değerleri ve Tâmir’i okuyan çocukların milli ve manevi açıdan hangi değerler üzerine yetiştirilmelerinin hedeflendiğini görme fırsatı elde edilmiş olacaktır.
One of the important characters of modern Arab literature, journalist, literary and short story writer Zekeriya Tâmir, is one of the Syrian writers known in Turkey for some of their stories. Most of them are translated into Turkish, English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Bulgarian, Spanish and Serbian, and some of them are also related to academic studies. Most of them are for adults. However, it is not as well known as those that are aimed at adults, but there are three important stories for children. These are: “Limâzâ sekete’n-nehr”, “Kâleti’l-verde li’s-sunû” and “Nasâh Muhmele”. In this study, the three stories that are mentioned in the names of the children after the life, works and literary personality of Tamar in general will be discussed. With the opportunity to study these stories, we will also have the opportunity to see the values that are tried to be vaccinated to children in Syria and what values are aimed at educating children who read the Tamar from a national and spiritual point of view.
Zakaria Tamer, who has the titles of journalist, author and short story writer, is one of the important Syrian writers also known in Turkey through some of his stories. It is known that Tamer has recevied many awards because of his works that he presented in the field of literature. He published his first story in 1956. Most of his works has been translated into Turkish, English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Bulgarian, Spanish and Serbian, and he has many collections of stories upon which some academic researches have been made in many Arabic and Europen Universities and also in our country. When looked at these collections, it can be seen that most of them were devoted to adults who have left a trace in his inner world. On the other hand he has three story collections devoted to children, although they are not as much known as the ones which were devoted to adults. These are the collections called “Limâzâ sekete’n-nehr”, “Kâleti’l-verde li’s-sunûnû” and “Nasâih Muhmele”.
