Purpose of this study is to examine locus of control schedule and educational philosophies of teacher candidates. The study design was determined as correlational cause relationship between locus of control schedule and educational philosophies of teacher candidates was examined. Besides research design was a survey model cause difference between locus of control schedule and educational philosophies of teacher candidates were examined according to some independent variables. Results show that contemporary and traditional educational philosophy, futility of trying, fatalism and unfair world points of teacher candidates belief differ according to gender. Whereas believe in luck and personal control points of teacher candidates don't differ according to gender variable. Contemporary and traditional educational philosophy points of teacher candidates differ according to classroom variable. Contemporary and traditional educational philosophy and unfair world points of teacher candidates differ according to the field of study. Finally, a significant relationship between locus of control schedule and educational philosophies points of teacher candidates was not found at 0.05 level of significance.
