So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Tools and Methods: The participants in this study, which was in the characteristic quality, were 77 volunteer health professionals working in five different public and university hospitals (doctor, nurse, health technician). Participants were divided into two groups as staff (24 hours of strike 24 hours of rest) and full-time (40 hours a week) staff during the day. The data was collected using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the Psychological Wellbeing Scale, the Detected Stress Scale and the Human Benchmark Reaction Speed Scale included in Android applications. Results: In this study, the quality of sleep, reaction rate, detected stress levels and psychological well-being scores were compared between groups. According to this, there is a statistically significant difference between the quality of sleep score and the reaction rate periods between the two groups; this difference has been shown as a result of the quality of sleep and the average reaction rate of the wardy workers are higher than the working days (p<0,05). However, there was no statistical difference between the groups in terms of detected stress levels and psychological well-being (July 0.05). Results show that measures aimed at improving the quality of sleep that directly affects the health and well-being of the staff of institutions that directly affect human life, such as the hospital, are important to be guaranteed both on the basis of the institution and by law.

Results: In this study, sleep quality, reaction rate, perceived stress levels and psychological well-being scores were compared between these two groups. According to this, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of sleep quality scores and reaction rate periods; It was shown that this difference was due to the fact that the sleep quality and reaction speed averages of the night-shift workers were higher than the daytime workers (p<0.05). However, no statistically significant difference was found between groups in terms of perceived stress levels and psychological well-being (p˃0.05). Conclusion: The results show that it is important to ensure that the measures aimed at improving the quality of sleep that directly affect the health and well-being of employees working in institutions that affect human life are both by institution and by law.
