Abstract:

In today’s world where information technology is rapidly evolving and the wave of digital transformation is moving forward, it is necessary to adapt to technological innovations from the point of view of employees or. The most important element that triggers the digital transformation is Industry 4.0. The technological developments under Industry 4.0 also lead to the transformation of logistics processes. In this study, the individual level of innovation of the logistics department’s students’ approaches to the process of digitalization of logistics and Industry 4. It is intended to be assessed in terms of 0 points of view. The students’ views of Industry 4.0 are studied with the Technology Admission Model (TKM). The universe of research is formed by the students of the Department of International Trade and Logistics of the University of Bartin. The data was collected from 122 students using the full counting method using the online survey technique. The study results in the fact that students have an individual level of innovation at a medium level, that Industry 4.0 technologies are useful and easy to perceive, that their attitude and intentions towards Industry 4.0 technologies are positive, and that Industry 4. The technology has been used at a medium level. Depending on the results of the research, it is recommended that the students of the logistics department will be conducted with a variety of studies and training plans in this direction in order to increase their level of awareness and compliance with the process of digitalization of the logistics industry.
