Hizmetkâr Liderliğin Ardıllarının Meta Analiz Yöntemi ile İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, liderlik yaklaşımları arasında son yıllarda öne çıkmakta olan hizmetkâr liderlik yaklaşımının, daha önce gerçekleştirilen araştırmalarda ele alınan olumlu ardılları arasından örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel özdeşleşme, örgütsel vatandaşlık ve örgütsel güven ile olan ilişkilerinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla, belirlenen kriterlere uygun olan ve 2010-2021 yılları arasında yapılan araştırmalardan elde edilen örgütsel bağlılık için 18; örgütsel özdeşleşme için 12; örgütsel vatandaşlık için 20 ve örgütsel güven için 12 araştırmaya ait veriler, meta analiz sürecine dâhil edilmiştir. Rastgele etkiler yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda ulaşılan ortak etki büyüklüğü değerleri, hizmetkâr liderliğin örgütsel özdeşleşme ile orta düzeyli ve örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel vatandaşlık ve örgütsel güven ile yüksek düzeyli ilişkisini ortaya koymuştur. Araştırma sonucu, hizmetkâr liderliğin çalışan odaklı, destekleyici, geliştirici yaklaşımının çalışanların örgüte ilişkin olumlu algı geliştirmesinde etkili olduğu şeklinde yorumlanabilir.

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to study the relationships between the serviced leadership approach, which has emerged in recent years, and the positive follow-up discussed in previous research with organizational commitment, organizational identity, organizational citizenship and organizational confidence. For this purpose, the data of the research for the organizational commitment, which is in accordance with the criteria established and obtained from the research conducted between 2010-2021, 18 for the organizational identity, 20 for the organizational citizenship and 12 for the organizational trust, were included in the meta analysis process. The values of the size of the common impact achieved by the analysis of the random effects method have revealed the high level of association between the organizational identity of serving leadership and the medium and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship and organizational confidence. The results of the research can be interpreted as the employee-oriented, supporting, developmental approach of serviced leadership is effective in developing the employees’ positive perception of the organization.
