Güneş Enerjisi ve Isı Pompası Destekli Bir Kurutucuda Kırmızıbiber Kurutulmasının Deneysel İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, güneş enerjisi ve ısı pompası destekli bir kurutucuda kırmızıbiber kurutulması deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Kurutma sisteminde kırmızıbiberler başlangıç nem miktarından (0.914 g su/g yaş madde) son nem miktarına (0.11 g su/g yaş madde) kadar kurutulmuştur. PID (oransal, integral ve türevsel) kontrollü kurutucuda güneş kolektörü ön ısıtıcı olarak kullanılmıştır. Deney sonuçlarına göre tüm sistem için ortalama ısıtma tesir katsayısı (COPwh) 2.1, tüm sistem için özgül nem çekme oranı (SMERws) 0.18 kg/kWh olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Abstract:

In this study, drying of redpeppers were examined experimentally in a dryer assisted solar energy and heat pump.Redpeppers have been dried from initial moisture content (0.914 g water/g wet matter) to final moisture content (0.11 g water/gwet matter) in the drying system. In PID (proportional, integral, derivation) controlled dryer, solar collector was used as a preheater. According to experiment results, average heating coefficient performance (COPwh) and specific moisture extraction rate(SMERws) were calculated for whole system as 2.1 and 0.18 kg/kWh respectively
