Bu araştırmada sosyal hizmet bölümü öğrencilerinin aktif vatandaşlık öz yeterlilik düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi ve aktif vatandaşlık öz yeterliliklerinin çeşitli bağımsız değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel yöntem ve tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Gümüşhane Üniversitesi Sosyal Hizmet Bölümü lisans programında öğrenim gören 202 lisans öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri kişisel bilgi formu ile Aktif Yurttaşlık Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin aktif vatandaşlık öz yeterliliklerinin orta düzeyde olduğu ve cinsiyet, siyasi gündemi takip etme, gönüllü faaliyette bulunma değişkenlerine göre aktif vatandaşlık öz yeterliliklerinin farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
In this study it is aimed to determine the active citizenship self-efficacy levels of the students of the department of social work and to examine the active citizenship self-efficacy according to various independent variables. The study is a quantitative and descriptive study. The study group of the study consisted of 202 undergraduate students studying in the undergraduate program of Gümüşhane University Department of Social Work. The data of the study were collected by using the Active Citizenship Self-Efficacy Scale with the personal information form and the obtained data were analyzed through SPSS. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the active citizenship self-efficacy of the students was at a medium level and their active citizenship self-efficacy differed according to the variables of gender, following the political agenda and engaging in voluntary activity.
