Abstract:

The reasons for the destruction of the Ottoman State were discussed by the state men in the late 16th century and the following 17th century. These works are called political, counseling, and humiliation. Politics is an Arabic word and means being observed. The word was later used in terms of diplomacy, politics and government affairs. The advice is also written to guide the right path in the state administration to the state men, citizens and rulers. These works contain errors seen in many areas, from politics, to military, to economy, to justice. A lot of books, theses and articles on the subject have been drawn up. Through these works, every research has sought to illuminate a side of the state. With this work, the advice given for the disruption of the cavaliers, which are the elite union of the army, and the return to their old power will be assessed through "The Book-i Müstetab, Mr. Koçi Risalesi, Book Mesalihi'l Muslim and Menafii'l-Muslim, Hırzül Mülük and Muhayyel A Talk's Zabytes".
