Bu araştırmanın amacı okul müdürlerinin yönetim süreci döngüsü ve öğelerini kullanabilme düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçme aracını alanyazına kazandırmaktır. Bu çalışmada geliştirilen Yönetim Süreci Döngü ve Öğelerini Kullanabilme Bataryası/Ölçeği’nin (YÖSDÖKÖ-B) geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. İlk olarak ölçek maddelerini oluşturmak için alanyazın taraması yapılmış ardından uzman görüşleri alınarak ve daha önce yurt dışında ve Türkiye’de geliştirilip kullanılan ölçme araçlarının maddeleri incelenerek madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Maddelerin somutlaştırılması ve daha anlaşılır olması için yönetim süreci döngüsünün öğelerine yönelik örnek olaylar yazılmış ve madde havuzu yeniden oluşturulmuş ve uygun görülen maddeler araştırmacılar tarafından uygulama formuna seçilmiştir. Seçilen maddelerle oluşturulan ön uygulama formu uzman görüşü için beş öğretim üyesine ve 4 öğretmene görüş almak ve kapsam geçerliğini sağlamak için yollanmıştır. Uzman görüşü alındıktan sonra dilbilgisi ve kapsam geçerliği açısından uygun görülmeyen maddeler elenmiş ve bataryanın nihai uygulama formu oluşturulmuştur. Nihai form 74 maddeden ve 8 alt boyuttan oluşmuştur. Madde geliştirme çalışmasının ardından bataryanın seçkisiz örneklem yolu ile belirlenen 338 öğretmenle yapılmış ve 300 ölçekten geçerli veri elde edilmiştir. Uygulamadan sonra bir madde elenmiştir. 73 maddeli bataryanın geçerlik güvenirlik çalışmasında maddelerin yeterli faktör yük değerini taşıdığı görülmüştür. Ölçekteki 8 faktör toplam varyansın %78,760’ını açıklamaktadır. YÖSDÖKÖ-B için test edilen doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) modelinin yüksek düzeyde model veri uyumuna sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak açıklayıcı faktör analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve güvenirlik analizi bulgularına göre YÖSDÖKÖ-B’nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu söylenebilir.
The aim of this research is to provide a measurement tool to determine the school managers’ management process cycle and the levels of ability to use their items. In this study, the validity and reliability of the management process cycle and the capacity to use items of the battery/size (YÖSDÖKÖ-B) was developed. First, the scan of the area was done to create the scale materials, then the material pool was created by taking the expert opinions and by examining the materials of the measurement tools developed and used in foreign countries and in Turkey. For the materialization of the materials and to be more understandable, the examples of events for the elements of the management process cycle were written and the material pool was re-created and the materials considered appropriate were selected by the researchers in the application form. The pre-application form created with the selected materials has been sent to five faculty members and 4 teachers for expert opinion to receive opinion and to ensure the scope validity. After the expert opinion was received, the materials that were not considered appropriate in terms of language and coverage validity were removed and the final application form of the battery was created. The final form consists of 74 items and 8 sub-dimensions. After the material development work was done with 338 teachers identified by the unselective sampling path of the battery and 300 scale valid data was obtained. A substance has been removed after the application. It has been found that the battery of 73 ingredients has a sufficient factor load value in the work of validity reliability. 8 factors in the scale describe 78,760% of the total variance. The verifying factor analysis (DFA) model tested for the ECHR-B has been observed to have a high level of model data compatibility. As a result, according to the findings of the explanatory factor analysis, the verifying factor analysis and the reliability analysis, it is possible to say that the ECHR-B is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
