Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to reveal the results of the preliminary application of the "Teacher Leadership" training program in evaluating the impact of the broad educational institutions on the leadership skills of master teachers and teachers. In the study, the researchers implemented the "Teacher Leadership" training program, which consists of 24 events, including four days a week for 5 weeks. The Teacher Leadership Scale was used as a data collection tool in the research. In the analysis of the research data, the SPSS 21.0 package program was used. To compare the scores that participants received from the previous and final tests, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis tests were performed. The "Teacher Leadership" training program prepared to increase the teachers' leadership skills levels of participants, when the pre-application results were evaluated, it was found that the teachers in the experiment group significantly increased the leadership skills levels, and therefore the prepared training program was ready to be implemented.
