This work; It was conducted to reveal the relationship between life satisfaction and conscious awareness, and additionally to investigate the effects of sociodemographic characteristics such as age, marital status, gender, and education level on conscious awareness and life satisfaction variables. A total of 350 people over the age of 18, 146 of whom live in Istanbul, participated in the study. Sociodemographic data form, Life Satisfaction Scale, and Conscious Awareness Scale were used in the study. Sociodemographic form, Life Satisfaction Scale and Conscious Awareness Scale for the application of data collection tools; It was transferred to Google Forms and distributed to 350 participants over the age of 18, selected by a simple random method. Pearson Correlation analysis was used for the relationship between two or more variables. Multiple Linear Regression was applied to analyze the effect of Conscious Awareness on Life Satisfaction. Independent Samples T-Test for the analysis of the difference between two independent groups, One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used for the analysis of the difference between multiple groups, As a result of the study, a significant relationship between life satisfaction and conscious awareness was obtained. Mindfulness scale scores differ significantly according to gender. It was found higher in men than in women. The scores obtained from the life satisfaction scale; It was found to differ according to the marital status variable and education level variables. According to the study, life satisfaction levels of married individuals were found to be higher than single individuals.
