Chronic pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease causing pancreatic endocrine and exocrine function disorders with permanent structural changes. The diagnosis is based upon clinical and laboratory findings and radiologic signs. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is one of the most important diagnostic tools in chronic pancreatitis. The major changes in the pancreatic duct can be visualized easily by Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. In addition, pancreatic stones can be extracted and strictures can be dilated. Here, we report two cases, one with pancreatic duct stone and the other with pancreatic duct stricture and stone, both of which were treated by endoscopic pancreatic drainage with Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.
