So many results that aren't mine?

Aile İşletmelerinde Kurumsallaşma Problemleri ve Pazarlamaya Etkisi

Abstract:

Araştırmanın amacı, aile işletmelerinde yaşanan kurumsallaşma sorunsalını ve kurumsallaşma olgusunun pazarlamaya etkisini incelemek, Konya ili matbaa sektöründeki aile işletmeleri üzerinde bir araştırma yaparak problemleri ortaya koymak ve önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırma için Konya Matbaacılar Odası’ndan alınan listeden aile işletmesi tanımına uyan firmalara, kasti örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak yöneticilerle yüz yüze görüşme ve e-posta yoluyla anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Veriler SPSS programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, kurumsallaşmaya yönelik olumlu tutum gösteren işletmelerin pazarlama anlayışlarının da olumlu yönde farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Araştırmada ayrıca, aile ilişkilerinin kurumsallaşmasının önemi ile işletmelerin danışmanlık desteği almalarının önemi ön plana çıkmıştır.

Problems of corporationalization and impact on marketing in family

Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to study the corporation problem in family and the impact of the corporation phenomenon on marketing, to identify the problems and make suggestions by doing a research on family in the Konya or food industry. For the research, companies that conform to the definition of family business from the list received from the Konya Matbaacılar Room, using the box sample method, face-to-face interviews with managers and an e-mail survey application was made. The data is analyzed in the SPSS program. The research finds that the marketing perceptions of companies that have a positive attitude towards corporationism also differ in a positive direction. The study also highlighted the importance of corporate family relationships and the importance of business consultancy support.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is analyzing problem of institutionalization in family owned-enterprises and the effect of institutionalization on marketing, revealing problems and offering solutions about these problems by doing research on family owned-enterprises printery sector at Konya province. The sample includes the list of the companies that are mathcing with the family owned-enterprises from Printers of The Chamber of Konya. A survey, has been implemented via face to face interview with managers using e-mail. The data were analyzed in the SPSS program. According to the results of the research, it has been observed that the companies showed positive attitude towards institutionalization, besides, their marketing approaches were observed to be differentiated. The importance of the institutionalization of the family constitutions, family relations and enterprise’s taking the consultancy support comes to the forefront.
