Abstract:

Bu araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimleri ile öz yeterlik inançları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Iğdır’da görev yapmakta olan okul öncesi öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklem alınmayarak evrenin tümüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada veriler, Semerci (2007) tarafından geliştirilen “Öğretmen ve Öğretmen Adayları İçin Yansıtıcı Düşünme Eğilimi (YANDE)” ölçeği, Tepe ve Demir (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Öz Yeterlik İnançları” ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler ve Spearman Rank korelasyon testinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimleri ve öz yeterlik inançları arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

This study aims to examine the relationship between the reflective thinking tendencies and self-efficacy beliefs of preschool teachers. Correlational survey model was used in the study. The universe of the research consists of pre-school teachers who work in Igdır in the 2018-2019 academic year. In the study, the whole universe was tried to be reached regardless of sampling. The data of the study was collected by using the scales of “Teacher Reflective Thinking Disposition for Teachers and Teacher Candidates” developed by Semerci (2007) and “Self-efficacy Beliefs of Preschool Teachers” developed by Tepe and Demir (2012). Descriptive statistics and Spearman Rank correlation test were used to analyze the data. A moderate positive correlation was found between the reflective thinking tendencies and self-efficacy beliefs of pre-school teachers.
