Abstract:

Abstract The logistics sector has made developments in the Turkish economy as well as all over the world, and with the increase in e-commerce in recent years, it is becoming the most important factor in obtaining an advantage in terms of competitiveness for companies. In order to reveal the competitiveness of many sector companies and to examine its development at the micro level, researchers consider the Diamond / Tile Model developed by Michael E. Porter and evaluate it as an accepted approach. The main purpose of the study is; To determine the level of competitive advantage provided to the company by the logistics infrastructures owned by the companies located in the Antalya Free Zone. In the field research conducted within the scope of the study, the questionnaire form prepared by using the survey method is applied to 78 companies operating in the Antalya Free Zone. The main finding of this research is that there is a competitive advantage and they have a competitive advantage in terms of value chains, and at the same time, it can be stated that the clustering degrees of yacht companies are high at the point of competitiveness.
