Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin öznel mutluluk ile pozitif algı düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek ve öznel mutluluk ve pozitif algı düzeylerinin çeşitli demografik değişkenler açısından ilişkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Uşak Üniversitesi’nde okuyan 250 öğrenciden (139 kadın, 111 erkek) oluşmaktadır. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, katılımcıların pozitif algı düzeylerini belirlemek için “Pozitif Algı Ölçeği” (PAÖ) ve öznel mutluluk düzeylerini belirlemek için “Öznel Mutluluk Ölçeği “ (ÖMÖ) kullanılmıştır. SPSS 23.0 paket programı aracılığıyla .05 ve .01 anlamlılık düzeyinde test edilmiştir. Üniversite öğrencilerinin pozitif algı ve öznel mutluluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri görmek amacıyla korelasyon analizi, pozitif algı ve öznel mutluluk toplam puanlarının farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemek amacıyla tek yönlü varyans analizi ve pozitif algının üniversite öğrencilerinin öznel mutluluk düzeylerini yordama gücünü belirlemek amacıyla yapılan regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, üniversite öğrencilerinde pozitif algının tüm boyutları birlikte öznel mutluluğa ilişkin toplam varyansın yaklaşık %33’ünü açıkladığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca araştırma bulgularında üniversite öğrencilerinde pozitif algı ile öznel mutluluk düzeyleri arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişkiye rastlanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonuçları ilgili literatür ışığıda incelenmiş ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to identify the relationships between subjective happiness and positive perception levels of university students and to study the relationships between subjective happiness and positive perception levels in terms of various demographic variables. The study consists of 250 students (139 women, 111 men) studying at the Ushak University. The research was carried out in accordance with the relational scan model. In this study, the "Positive Perception Scale" (PAO) and the "Positive Happiness Scale" (OMO) were used to determine the positive perception levels of the participants. SPSS 23.0 has been tested at .05 and .01 levels through the package program. To see the relationship between the positive perception and the subjective happiness levels of university students, the correlation analysis, the positive perception and the subjective happiness total points are differentiated or not, the one-way variance analysis and the regression analysis are conducted in order to determine the ability of the university students to absorb the subjective happiness levels. The findings from the study found that all dimensions of positive perception in university students revealed about 33% of the total variance of subjective happiness together. Research findings also found a meaningful relationship between positive perception and subjective happiness levels in university students. The results of the analyses were studied in the light of the relevant literature and presented in various recommendations.
