With the rapid development of information technologies, websites have become indispensable for trade. Websites are the platforms where the first interaction between the vendor and the customer takes place. Customers obtain basic information on the company primarily from the website of the related company. Considering the influence of the websites on the customers, it is not difficult to understand that the quality of these websites is very important. It seems that there are many different methods used in the assessment of the quality of websites, and there can be many factors affecting each other in this assessment process. This study deals with the quality of websites of companies operating in the logistics field. Two multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) in the determination of the weights of the criteria and MULTIMOORA method in the assessment of the websites of the companies, were conducted in the study. The study has demonstrated that the integral usage of the two methods in the evaluation of the websites of logistics companies can be useful.
