Bakteriyel ve viral enfeksiyonlardan malignitelere varan birçok farklı faktör, nedeni bilinmeyen ateş gelişiminden (NBA) sorumlu olabilmektedir. NBA ayırıcı tanısında romatolojik hastalıklar genellikle gözden kaçırılmaktadır. Still hastalığı tanısında ana zorluk diğer hastalıkların dışlanmasıyla konulmasıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda yirmi üç yaşında, NBA ile takip edilip Still hastalığı tanısı konan bir olguyu sunmaktayız.
Many different factors, from bacterial and viral infections to malignant, may be responsible for the cause of unknown fever development (NBA). In the distinctive diagnosis of the NBA, romatological diseases are often overlooked. The main difficulty in the diagnosis of Still disease is the exclusion of other diseases. In the presentation of this fact, we are presenting a phenomenon of twenty-three years old, followed by the NBA and diagnosed with Still disease.
