Bu çalışma, ilkokul 3. sınıf öğrencileri için “Canlılar Dünyasına Yolculuk” konu alanına yönelik başarı testi geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Samsun iline bağlı ilçelerden birinde yer alan bir ilkokulun 3. sınıfında öğrenim gören 362 öğrenci ile yapılmıştır. Başarı testi ilk olarak 47 madde olarak hazırlanmış, sonrasında ikisi ölçme değerlendirme uzmanı, yedisi sınıf öğretmeni, ikisi fen bilimleri alanında uzman ve biri sınıf eğitimi alanında uzman olmak üzere toplamda 12 uzmanın görüşü alınmış ve uzmanların görüşleri doğrultusunda test geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmak üzere son haline getirilmiştir. Testteki veriler analiz edildiğinde, madde güçlüğü, 20 ile 80 arasında ve madde ayırt edicilik gücü ,30 ve üzeri olan sorular testte kalmış bu değerlerin dışında kalan maddeler testten çıkarılmıştır. Çıkarılan maddeler sonrasında 47 madde olarak hazırlanan test 24 maddeye düşmüş ve test son halini almıştır. Testin 24 maddelik halindeki cronbach alpha değeri, 869 ortalama madde ayırt edicilik gücü ,519 ortalama madde güçlük indeksi ise ,689 olarak bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study was to develop a achievement test for primary school 3rd grade students in the subject of Journey to the World of Living Things. The study was conducted with 362 students in the 3rd grade of an elementary school in one of the districts of Samsun in the 2019-2020 academic year. The achievement test was initially prepared as 47 items. Afterwards, a total of 12 experts' opinions were obtained, two of which are assessment and evaluation experts, seven are classroom teachers, two are experts in science and one is specialized in classroom education. When the data in the test were analyzed, substances with a substance difficulty between ,20 and ,80, and with a substance discrimination power of less than 30, were excluded from the test. After the extracted items, the test prepared as 47 items dropped to 24 items and the test was finalized. The 24-item cronbach alpha value of the test ,869; mean substance discrimination power ,519; mean item difficulty index was found to be ,689.
