So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the ethical problems experienced by the individuals working in the health sector and to examine their views on ethics. The sample of the study is composed of 70 health professionals from different professions working in Düzce. Methods: In this study, semi-structured interview technique was used as data collection method. The interviews are coded by analyzing the content. Coded data were evaluated by frequency analysis. Results: As a result of the study, it was determined that the health workers were faced with the problems of violence (n=55) and work accidents (n=55). Employees also stated that they had communication problems with their patients and their relatives (n=17). When the expressions about the occupational ethics of the employees are examined, the participants have defined the obeying the occupational rules and standards (n=37) as occupational ethics. Originality: This study identifies which ethical problems in health sector.
