Abstract:

Scientific Arts Centers (BILSEM) are the most common educational institutions in our country, which began to be established by the Ministry of National Education in 1993, providing educational services to support the special educational needs of superior talented children. Scientists are educational institutions that allow them to become productive, problem-solving individuals, combining aesthetic values with scientific thinking and behavior by developing the superior abilities of students in primary and secondary education through special educational activities. Students are also taught on a project and project basis. There are currently 113 people in Turkey. The knowledge of which age is more suitable for the recognition of intelligence and ability for student admission, which age should be started for early recognition, and the student's recognition scales are widely discussed among the experts on the level of skills to apply. MEB first made recognition at 4th grade while this year's educational period he brought the recognition level from 4th grade to 2nd grade. And then 1. Class level 3. A flexible range of recognition studies have begun to be carried out to the class level. However, there is no scientific study in our country on the impact of changes in the recognition age on the recognition. Therefore, this study has also been tried to be comparable according to the opinions of experts in the Guidelines and Research Centers (RAMs) who have individually performed the recognition studies of the advantages and limitations of recognition at different two classes levels and specialized in recognition scales. The study also used a semi-configured interview form developed by researchers. A total of 30 RAM experts have been consulted and the results have been analyzed by quality research methods.
