Bu araştırmada psikolojik yıldırma ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişki yapısı incelenmiştir. Araştırma, Ankara ili Mamak ilçesindeki resmi genel liselerde görev yapan 279 öğretmen üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla “Olumsuz Davranışlar Ölçeği” ile Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçekleri” kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve korelasyon teknikleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonrasında, katılımcıların psikolojik yıldırmaya çok az maruz kaldıkları belirlenmiştir. Diğer yandan katılımcıların örgütsel bağlılıklarının orta düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmada psikolojik yıldırma ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında negatif yönde ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Ortaya çıkan bu bulgulara dayalı olarak, öğretmenlerin psikolojik yıldırmaya maruz kalmamalarının, onların örgütsel bağlılıkları üzerinde olumlu bir etki gösterdiği genel sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, the relationship between psychological harassment and organizational commitment was examined. The study was conducted on the 279 public high school teachers who work in Mamak district of Ankara. Data were gathered with the "Scale for Negative Behavior" and "Scale for Organizational Commitment". Data were analyzed with arithmetical mean, standard deviation, t-test, analyses of varyans (ANOVA) and correlation techniques. Analysis showed that the participants were exposed to very little psychological harassment. On the other hand, it was determined that the participants have a moderate level of organizational commitment. In the study, it was seen that there is a moderate and negative correlation between the two variables. As a conclusion, it was thought that not exposing to the psychological harassment have a positive effect on the organizational commitment among teachers.
