Abstract:

The work of film and theatrical works, the government’s pre-control of all kinds of publications and publications, the censorship that means that their play, display, publication is permitted; it is a Latin word and is as old as the history of the concept of “state”. The censorship has been continued in various ways by the ruling powers since the oldest times of human history.
