Abstract:

In the last quarter of the twentieth century, John Rawls, who resuscitated the tradition of modern society contractor, made a theoretical opening into the theory of how a fair and well-organized society would be created in the moral theory where the concept of right was made prior to the good concept. Rawls, which codes the individual as a moral, equal, and rational essence in its own way, has formed and developed its theoretical pioneers and has entered into an effort to reconcile the concepts of freedom and equality through its theory. The debates in the literature about Rawls’ efforts consist of arguments that either Rawls’ principles of justice disrupt each other or that these principles provide dialectically mandatory commitment to each other. In this article, in particular, the question of whether the principles of justice as justice are not contradictory, or whether they are not compulsively complementary, the arguments have been raised that even in the Rawlsist Property Democracy Model, which will apply these principles, freedom and equality cannot be experienced in the social dimension according to the expectation of Rawls.
