Bu çalışma Ünye ve çevresinde yetiştirilen 18 mahalli armut çeşidi üzerinde yürütülmüştür. 2005 ve 2006 yıllarında alınan meyve örnekleri pomolojik yönden incelenmiştir. İncelenen mahalli armut çeşitleri Acı Kabak, Akarca, Atina, Bal-1, Bal-2, Batum Şeker, Çiçek, Göynü, Kara Göynü (Sulu armut), Kara, Kavun, Ketencik, Kış, Mehmet-1, Mehmet-2, Mustafa Bey, Orak ve Şeker çeşitleridir. İncelenen çeşitlerde meyve ağırlığı 18.7 g (Ketencik) - 258.3 g (Acı Kabak); meyve eni 34.1 mm (Ketencik) - 82.0 mm (Acı Kabak); meyve boyu 31.2 mm (Ketencik) - 78.5 mm (Acı Kabak); suda çözünür kuru madde miktarı % 10.0 (Göynü) - % 15.3 (Bal-2) ve asitlik % 0.6 (Ketencik) - % 4.6 (Orak) arasında değişmiştir
This study was carried out on the 18 neighborhood and surrounding cultivated varieties of grapes. Examples of fruit taken in 2005 and 2006 were studied in a pomological perspective. The reviewed neighboring armute varieties are Pacifish, Akarca, Athens, Bal-1, Bal-2, Batum Sugar, Flower, Heaven, Black Heaven (Sulu armute), Kara, Kavun, Ketencik, Winter, Mehmet-1, Mehmet-2, Mustafa Mr, Orak and Sugar varieties. In the examined varieties, the weight of the fruit is 18.7 g (Ketencik) - 258.3 g (Ketencik); the weight of the fruit is 34.1 mm (Ketencik) - 82.0 mm (Ketencik); the length of the fruit is 31.2 mm (Ketencik) - 78.5 mm (Ketencik); the amount of dry substance soluble in the water varies between 10.0 % (Heavenly) - 15.3 % (Bal-2) and the acidity is 0.6 % (Ketencik) - 4.6 % (Orak).
