Türkiye’deki yüksek din eğitimi içeriğinin yeni yaşam koşullarına bağlı olarak lisans düzeyinde ‘uzmanlaşma’ yaklaşımıyla yeniden biçimlendirilmesi gerektiğini vurgulayan bu makalenin temel amacı, Türkiye’deki ilahiyat fakültelerinde “Manevi Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Bölümü”nün açılmasıyla ilgili detaylı bir öneri sunmaktır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda (i) Türkiye’deki ilahiyat fakültelerinin lisans düzeyinde mutlaka bölümleşme esasına dayalı eğitime ve diploma sistemine geçmesi (ii) bu kapsamda ilahiyat fakültelerinin (a) Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’na personel yetiştirmek amacıyla “Din Hizmetleri Bölümü” (b)Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na öğretmen yetiştirmek amacıyla “Din Eğitimi ve Öğretimi Bölümü” (c) diğer ilgili kurumlara manevi danışman yetiştirmek amacıyla “Manevi Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Bölümü” olmak üzere üç bölüme ayrılması (iii) lisans eğitimindeki ön-lisans derecesinin (1. ve 2. sınıflar) temel alan yeterliliğine, lisans derecesinin (3. ve 4. sınıflar) ise özel alan yeterliliğine dayalı ‘lisans-uzmanlık’ derslerinden oluşması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.
The main objective of this article, which emphasizes that the content of higher religious education in Turkey should be re-formed by the "specialization" approach at the degree level depending on the new living conditions, is to present a detailed proposal on the opening of the "Spiritual Consultancy and Guidance Department" in the the theological faculty in Turkey. As a result of the assessments made; (i) the transfer of the teaching and diplomas of the teaching faculties in Turkey to the education and diploma system based on the essence of division at the degree level; (ii) the teaching and diplomas of the teaching faculties in this scope; (a) the "Religious Services Department" for the purpose of training staff at the Presidency of Religious Affairs; (b) the "Religious Education and Teaching Department" for the purpose of training teachers at the Ministry of National Education; (c) the "Religious Consulting and Guidance Department" for the purpose of training spiritual consultants to other relevant institutions; (iii) the "Religious Consulting and Guidance Department" for the purpose of training; (iii) the "Religious Consulting and Guidance Department" for the purpose of training
The main purpose of this article, emphasizing that the content of higher religious education in Turkey requires reformation with 'specialization' approach in the bachelor's degree, depending on the new living conditions, is to present a detailed proposal regarding with the opening of "Department of Spiritual Counseling and Care" in the faculties of theology in Turkey. As a result of the evaluations, carried out within this framework, it is argued that (i) the faculties of theology in Turkey definitely require to move into a system of education and diploma which is based on the basis of departmentalization at the bachelor's degree; (ii) in this context, the theology faculties requires to divide into three separate departments as (a) "Department of Religious Services" in order to train personnel for the Presidency of Religious Affairs; (b) "Department of Religious Education and Teaching" in order to train teachers for the Ministry of National Education and (c) "Department of Spiritual Counseling and Care" in order to train spiritual counselors for the other related institutions; (iii)the courses of the first two grades(1st and 2nd grades) of bachelor’s degree require to be foundational ones, while those of the latter two grades(3rd and 4th grades) require to consist of the undergraduate-specialization ones, based on the competency of specialized bachelor’s degree.
