Abstract:

Arteriovenous fistule is a frequently preferred way for vascular acceleration in patients with chronic hemodialysis. There are effects of arteriovenous fistule on the heart and pulmonary vascular system. High thick heart failure is a rare major complication of arteriovenous fistule. Here, a hemodial patient is presented who develops acute pneumonia after the opening of the arteriovenous fistule, which is taken in total with the cause of malignity of the left lungs. Chronic renal insufficiency (KBY) is a major public health problem and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality, related to cardiovascular diseases (1). Hemodialysis is a renal replacement therapy used in our country. In patients with hemodialysis, temporary and permanent hemodialysis catatars, native arteriovenous fistles (AVFs) and synthetic grafts are used to provide vascular access. AVF is the first-defined; a way that is often preferred for vascular acceleration in newly associated and chronic hemodialysis patients
