Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to be able to learn the opinions of teachers on the applicability of social structuring in the teaching-learning environments and processes of schools. The research has preferred the facts of science from the quality research models. Based on the opinions of teachers, the level of social structuring can be applied in the teaching-learning environments and processes of schools is interpreted by organizing under the topics of meeting, cooperation and class rules, the determination of goals and expectations, the creation of a democratic participation climate, and the creation of human relations and communication culture. The following recommendations can be brought to the schools where the research is carried out; more and more events can be organized in schools and classes to help students know each other, meet, interact and develop friendship. A variety of events in schools can be organized to teach students rules and classroom roles. Opportunities and opportunities to evaluate the work of students in the school can be provided. Students in the schools will be able to use all of their skills within the group, the environment and opportunities to share leadership and responsibility within the group. A classroom climate in schools can be created where students feel comfortable and can work independently of their teacher when they do research and discover themselves.
