As an extension of freedom of thought, meetings, demonstrations, and walks are organized for the public attention to public attention. In democratic countries, these are guaranteed within the freedom of assembly, which is recognized in fundamental rights. State interventions during the exercise of this right is concerned. The state's right to use force and security bureaucracy is regulated by national and international norms. Yet there is no exact standart for what extent the intervention should be. It is often claimed that the police are empowered to use force in Turkey. The application of notification condition in the form of permission in practice is another question about this right.
