Bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturan Yüksek Öğrenim Kredi Yurtlar Kurumu (KYK) yüksek öğrenim gören öğrencilere barınma imkanı sağlamak, kredi vermek, yurtlar yaptırmak ve yurt işletmesi sağlamak üzere kurulmuştur. KYK Yurtlarında barınan öğrenciler için, yurtlarda ikamet etmek, hem barınma hem de sosyal ve kültürel gelişimleri açısından oldukça önemlidir. Öğrencilerin, odaların kalabalık olmasından, yurtların fiziki yapısından, kantin kafeterya hizmetlerinden, internet, çamaşırhane ve diğer hizmetlerden, yurt kurallarından yönetici öğrenci ilişkilerinden, ulaşım zorluklarından kaynaklanan problemleri vardır. Bu araştırmada örnek olarak incelenen Sivas Yurt Müdürlüğünde öğrencilerin verilen hizmetleri algılamalarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır
The Higher Education Credit Household Institution (KYK), which constitutes the subject of this study, was established to provide accommodation, credit, housing and home business for students with higher education. For students who reside in their homes, residence in their homes is very important in terms of both residence and social and cultural development. Students have problems arising from the crowd of rooms, the physical structure of the houses, the service of the cafeteria, the internet, the washroom and other services, the rules of the country, the student relationships, the transport difficulties. This study, which is studied as an example, aims to determine the perceptions of the services provided by students at the Sivas Country Directorate.
