Bu araştırma, tüketicilerin organik gıda satın alma niyetine etki eden faktörleri incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla organik gıdaya yönelik tutum, organik gıdaların çevreye etki algısı ve tasarruf eğilimi faktörlerinin doğrudan, organik gıdaya ilişkin inancın organik tutum üzerinden dolaylı ve çevresel tutumun hem doğrudan hem de organik tutum üzerinden dolaylı olarak organik gıda satın alma niyeti üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesi için yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda besin değeri ve doğal içerik olarak iki boyutu olan organik gıdaya ilişkin inancın ve çevresel tutumun organik gıdaya ilişkin tutum ile pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olduğu görüşmüştür. Tasarruf eğiliminin, algılanan çevresel etki düzeyinin, organik gıdaya ilişkin tutumun ve çevresel tutumun organik gıda satın alma niyeti üzerinde etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Tasarruf eğiliminin organik gıda satın alma niyeti üzerinde etkisi olması, tüketicilerin organik gıdaları ödenen paraya değer gördüğünün bir göstergesidir.
This study was conducted to study the factors that affect consumers’ intention to buy organic food. For this purpose, the attitude towards organic food, the perception of the environmental impact of organic food and the impact of the factors of savings tendance directly, the indirect and environmental attitude of the belief in organic food, through both the direct and the indirect attitude of organic food, on the intention to buy organic food. The structural equality model was used to analyze the data. The analysis found that the belief in organic food, which is two dimensions as nutritional value and natural content, and the environmental attitude are in a positive and meaningful relationship with the attitude to organic food. It has been shown that the savings tendency, the perceived level of environmental impact, the attitude towards organic food and the environmental attitude have an impact on the intention to buy organic food. The effect of the savings trend on the intention of buying organic food is an indicator that consumers see organic food worth the money paid.
This study was carried out to analyze the factors that affect the consumers' intention to purchase organic foods. For this reason, direct effects of attitude towards organic food, perception of the effect of organic foods on the environment, and frugality, indirect effects of belief in organic food through organic food attitude, and indirect effects of through organic food attitude and direct effect of pro-environment lifestyle on the intention to purchase organic food were examined. A structural equation model was used to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis, it was found that belief, which has two dimensions as nutritional value and natural content, and pro-environment lifestyle, have a significant positive relationship with organic food attitude. It has been observed that frugality, perceived effect of environment, attitude towards organic food, and the pro-environment lifestyle affect the intention to buy organic food. The effect of frugality on organic food purchase intention is an indication that consumers think organic food is worth the money paid.
